Wow, It’s That Time Of The Year.

Barbie, You Drive Me Crazy..

I have a very good friend named Debbie, she has been collecting Barbie dolls for many years. she findley decided to do some downsizing, so of course I offered to help her. after hearing hours of stories on each and everyone doll, I couldn’t believe how much money she had tied up into them skinny dolls.

I decided to Ebay it with all of the dolls, before I posted anything     I checked out the other barbies that were for sale.  the real shock came when one of the dolls that were suppose to sell for $100.00 was only worth $9.99.  I suggested that this might not be the best time to sell,  but like most people she just wanted to get rid of them.  so I went to work, I listed 58 Barbie dolls, barbie this and barbie that,  I forgot how many things barbie is into.  Now I will be honest and say, don’t ever list 58 barbie dolls at the same time. for the next 7 days while the auctions were going on I received over 200 emails asking everything about a barbie doll I never ever wanted to know. most of the dolls were sold for around $15.00, a few that didn’t sell will be hanging around of awhile but we had 3 that sold for over $200.00 each. Debbie was very happy receiving $1500.00 and having room in the living room again.

So good bye barbie,  I hope I never see you again.

Plan D Already?

I can still remember my Plan A, grow up, get a job, become a James Bond type of a guy. then out of the blue, enters the girl of my dreams and , Plan B was born.

now Plan B was great, it has the family, kids with their activities, climbing the corporate ladder and slowly gaining a pound or two a month..

Plan C came when the corporate job was gone, so I decided to go out on my own thing, I had a lot of fun, I was stressed out more than I wanted to and finally decided to hang it up and go have some  fun.. 

Three years later..

Plan D :  I had fun, got fat,  now with no kids, no mortgage and no responsibility   we work for fun not for need, Relaxed and Rested, I am meeting new folks, learning new things and hoping Plan E  doesn’t show up to soon..

 So far I love Plan D, I has been having alot of fun lately, and enjoying my life, I look back at my earlier plans and they were all a great time also but as I said I be liking Plan D..

I Be Lovin The New Techno Stuff.

Recently I have got back into the tech stuff, discovering some very cool things that are available for pretty cheap.  I love different ways to get the word out about what I am doing.  Keeping in touch with business partners or communicating with family and friends, there are some great ways to have fun and get the business done.

Bojo Card  attaches to your outgoing mail, when I send a email out my bojo card is at the bottom of the email, it has a picture of me, my company logo and information and a couple of website links. they are very cool..

Video Email  is the next big thing, Helloworld.com is where I shop, For under $10.00 a month I can send video email  to anyone that has a email address.

Sendoutcards.com , all I have to do in logo in, pick a card, type a message, add a address, push send and you’re done.

I am waiting for the new hologram program that I can beam my image direct to anywhere I need it..

It’s That Time Of The Year Again.

For the past 6 years I have been helping folks liquidate their extra treasures that they had laying around. people seem to collect things from all over the place, they look at it for a time, then they store it in the closet or garage.  Now that spring is right around the corner and people are now deciding to get rid of everything they thought that they had to have.hence, they call me.

It’s amazing what folks will collect, Plates, coins, clocks etc.  my mission is to try to get back a portion of the amount they spent on their different items.  From on-line auctions, Garage sales, Donating and of course the dump, everything will go to their new home.

The best part is meeting all the neat people who are starting to see the light of a non cluttered world.

I am a Proud Member of the ” I Take The Lead ” Leads Group, along with several of Business Professionals from the Clark County Area, We meet weekly to discuss generating Leads and Building Relationships..
There are over 50 weekly meetings in the Oregon/SW Washington Area. Each Group has one member from each business Type, It’s a great way to build your business contacts..  they have Insurance Experts, Chiropractic Doc’s, Home Loans folks and even a lady that puts food and other stuff  in a coffee cup and she will deliver it for a gift to your business clients..
